Holiday Dinner for Work?

Does anyone have any suggestions on places to go for a Holiday Dinner in Lancaster, PA (area). My boss likes the finer things if you know what I mean and she is very picky. Please let me know..

How about Haydn's Zug in East Peterburg?
I have never been there but they are award winning...

I've been there a few times and there is a place that was very nice but I forgot the name! I'll have to ask my husband (he grew up in Lancaster) and I'll post back here later.
