I was very young! About 8! I think 14 is about normal for girls....boys usually start sooner i think!

lol thats nice to know. most guys start when theyre about 13. im not sure about girls. just to let you know (i know youre dying to find out) i didnt start until i was 16. and to be honest, i never really did it that much. i only do it about once or twice a month. this way, i let it build up inside me until im ready to burst. im so hard up and dying for release, it makes it 10 times better when i masturbate.

In the crib under my diaper and my mom said she heard me moan and when she looked I was all glassy-eyed.
My earliest memory, 3yrs, with the roll of toilet paper I stole from the bathroom for that purpose! I worked it til I got "that special feeling" which is what I called it. Rubbed on the banister for years. Got caught many times by relatives or people walking in on me.
