i know this guy who made the love to some skeezer and now my buddy says his junk has big bumps, not the oozing kind, fleshy color, - what could it be?

I'm not sure i understand you're question; but i think it may be genital warts! You should advise your friend to go to his doctor ASAP; and to not have sex with anyone else! Whatever he has could be contagious!!

it could be genital warts or herpes, they don't have to ooze to be herpes.
