Do all gay people get AIDS?

No. Homosexuals get AIDS the same way that heterosexuals do. And they can protect themselves the same way, too.

Gays are the vulnerable group that could easily contract AIDS. This is because the anal opening is composed of more mucous membranes which are easily damaged and scarred. Even small wounds would provide a perfect portal entry of the virus.

yes gays get AIDS, as do straights, bi's and transgenders. just because you are gay, it doesnt raise your chance of getting AIDS. just be safe, use condoms and know who you are sleeping with. my brother is gay, and has been sexually active for years, hes AIDS-free and is using condoms. have fun and be safe =)
