Every type of cuisine is unique by their choices of ingredients and cooking methods. Filipino cuisine is known for its savory (main dishes) as well as sweet (dessert) items. Pancit, Pork and Peas, Adobo, etc...are some popular savory dishes. But-but, cascaron, etc...are some favorite desserts known to our family.
