You need to go back to other all ready answered Yahoo Answers questions about herpes. Herpes is basically the same virus as chicken pox but it is a reinfection of mucosal membranes and the spreading of such. A virus cannot be controlled by antibiotics which work only on bacterias that are affected by those specific antibiotics. (E.g. Gram negative bacteria are affected by gram negative antibiotics.) Shingles and herpes can be caused by stress to the body where the chicken pox virus comes out of the nerves or you can contract a different strain of the virus which you are not resistant to as it is a continually evolving changing virus. To help control virus outbreaks it is suggested you live a healthy life style, do not smoke ANYTHING which is a drain on your immune system which helps control diseases, do not drink in excess, drink 8 glasses of water a day, take a multivitamin without a coating at breakfast if your M.D. says it is ok like mine said ONE A DAY only, eat plenty of leafy green vegetables that do not bother your body, eat fruits etc. Eat a well balanced diet. If you recontract chicken pox virus in other parts of your body (this is why oral sex can be a bad idea because if someone has a cold sore you may get it or if they are on the verge of an outbreak you can get it in your privies). Also L lysine helps reduce the outbreaks and bring it back into control. As to the amount you will have to look it up. When I smoked and drank (really in excess of both) I began getting regular outbreaks of cold sores then I began getting them spread to other places or breaking out elsewhere such that I changed my diet and began taking L lysine which helped greatly. Eventually when I quit smoking and drinking the outbreaks decreased to where I rarely have one if any at all. Promiscuity puts a big stress on the body such that you are more apt to get cold sores or herpes cold sores in other places. Why is the Chromosome different in the herpes in the privies? Because the tissue is different that it is inhabiting and building itself from. Chicken pox goes through all the body. It is especially dangerous in any form during a pregnancy because it can eat alive or serverely damage an unborn child. If you do drugs of any kind be sure to increase your antioxidants. If you do illegal drugs avoid and stop them as they are a drain upon your body and health. I exercise and do hobbies visit friends for my highs. Went bungi jumping and rapelling also. I like the rapelling but the bungi jump was so intense I think I will forgoe my desire I had at one time to sky jump.
L Lysine helps greatly but not as much as a totally good healthy life style. There is a safe amount to take every day (cannot remember it off hand) and an amount you can take during an outbreak to help bring it under control. Why is it not promoted well it does not make the pharmaceutical companies money who sell very health endangering alternatives that often do not work as well.

Well, herpes is rather problematic due to the fact men and women may also be identified with it and don't have any outbreaks whatever. Antibiotics for a UTI could now not remedy a herpes outbreak. My information is that herpes is extra of a blister like bump, wherein as an ingrown hair is extra of a reddish bump that may resemble a pimple or a white head. Shaving your pubic subject can certainly reason ingrown hairs, nevertheless, play it dependable, ease your anxiousness and simply get established once more. No biggie.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks. Everywhere I read it says it stops flaring up so much after time, but its not getting less frequent for her. She's been on Antiviral meds the whole time, too. She also has type 1 diabetes which she has had her whole life, which really weakens her immune system. Will it ever get better?

But after a friend share this video everything has changed.

No. Herpes is caused by a virus and antibiotics are ineffective. An antiviral medication like acyclovir may be used, but his only reduces outbreaks, and does not cure the disease. There is no known cure and a person may be infectious even though lesions are not present.

No. Herpes is caused by a virus, and antibiotics are ineffective against viruses. There may be some other drug which will help, but I know of no cure.
