If it's like what I signed up with here in the U.S. (called the "I Can" support program)--it's basically just a monthly newsletter with tips and recipes for diabetics (and, unfortunately lots of ads for their drug). Not very in depth, but there is some very useful info. The best thing I've done is subscribe to "Diabetes Self-Management", It's an excellent bi-monthly magazine that covers everything. They also have a web site if you want to check it out before subscribing.
