I need help doing a 1 page essay on heart disease. I can not find nothing on heart disease!!!! So can any on help me find anything that i can write down for heart disease!!! I would appreciatte it.....

This is a ridiculous question that makes me think you have not even tried. The problem is not being able to find anything rather how to fit so much information on one page. Check out this link from the Mayo Clinic. It is very good at even defining what you mean by "heart disease." Good luck.

it should tell you pretty much what you need to know

You can always use some of my past answers on the subject. They give an overview of what I've gone through as a 28 year old with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and just had a implantable cardioverter defibrillator(pacemaker) installed a few months back.
