Bladder infection most likely. Especially if you constantly feel like you have to pee. Doctor time. You need antibiotics. It wont go away , it will get worse if left alone.

If you need to wait till tomorrow to see your family doc rather than going to ER , you can go to the store and pick up some pills called AZO Standard. They help with some of the buring and get you some cranberry or orange juice. It will make your urine more acid and help control the bacteria levels. Bacteria dont survive as well in acidic conditions. But these two things will NOT cure it. GO see the doc. Hope you feel better soon.

I hate to say this part, but if you have been having unprotected sex it is possibly it could be an std. Either way you need to get checked. Drink some water or juice before you go in so you will be able to give them a urine sample.

Go to a local first aid center, pee in a cup, and hope for the best. If you have been sexually active it could be a symptom of an STD, if not you probably need a dose of antibiotic for a bladder infection. Not to worry.

does your urine have a strong odor to it? do you feel like you have to empty your bladder even though you just did? if so then its probably a bladder infection and you should see your doctor right away. you need antibiotics to make it go away and if you don't it will spread to your kidneys and then you will really have pain.

if there is any discharge it could be something else. in any event go see your doctor and get checked out.

You can not be sure until you are tested by a Doctor. No one on this site can give you advice that could be of real value unless they are saying to get to a Doctor. Take care of yourself the smart way. Make an appointment. Explain to the Doctors office that you are having this symptom and they will get you in a.s.a.p.
