Put a chicken on a stick and go to the nearest chinese take away.
Stand in the door way pointing at the sky and say "my god have you seen that?" As the chinerman comes to have a look put the stick in his hand and pust him outside... easy.

Hand them (the Chinese person) a stick and a chicken and ask them (the Chinese person) nicely if they would take it (the chicken) out for you (maybe a nice walk, maybe a movie...). Best if you first teach the chicken to perch on the stick.

You basically take 3-4 chicken breasts and cut them into bite size pcs. Then you marinate them for 1 hr. in 1 C. soy sauce, 3-4 ginger slices, 1 T. chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 C. chopped green onions, 1 tsp. sesame oil. Skewer the pcs. of chicken on bamboo skewers then bake, broil or grill until done.

too many version to say. the one i eat from the street vendor are so simple.

boneless, skinless chicken thighs (dark meat has more juice)
soy sauce
and sesame oil....brush it like u would do it with ribs

grill them



remember to marinate ur skewers in water so they won't burn!

DON'T KNOW BUT THEY MAKE SOME DAMN GOOD BONELESS SPARE RIBS AND PORK FRIED RICE AND COOKIES AND EGG ROLLS LOL
