I have a yellowish discharge, it smells like just as a semen, i am not suffering any pain since it occur. i am so worried about it, it might make me sterile.

Sounds like you caught something. You have to get treated with antibiotics, and yes it can make you sterile. It can also make your partner(s) sterile, so anybody you've had sex with needs to be told.

You need to get checked, some STD's are found through blood tests but others need urine cultures. Those are the ones that can stay with you for a long time. Your symptoms sound like one of those Chlamydia to be exact.

Can you say Chlamydia, Get to the doctor he will give you 3 pills that will clear it up on contact. You will suffer from extreme diahrrhea. Had it when I was 17

It's probably the clap. It is a simple bacterial infection that can be easily treated and cured however you need to get antibiotics soon to make sure it does not get worse. t can make you infertile if left untreated.

go to doctor. Sounds like you have a yeast infection...yes ...guys get that too...usually from thier girlfriend.
