You start to feel "stiff" because your joints & muscles are changing from not being used. You tend to gain weight in your stomach area, which puts a strain on you neck & back. The extra weight also can result in hip, knee, & ankle injures from the strain that is being placed on them. Heartburn can become an everyday occurence without some type exercise or physical movement. You can even get depressed. I know, I have experienced this in my own life.

Excess weight, poor circulation, getting winded easily, bad backs, knees, hips, a sluggish thyroid,
increase risk of strokes, heart attacks, a possible
shorten life span. Just to name a few.

You could gain weight, which can lead to lots of problems. You could start to have bad circulation, causing numerous problems. You could begin to have problems with your joints, such as knees, hips, and ankles. Not a healthy way to live. You'll start to develop shortness of breath.

there are many things that can happen............heart failure poor circulation and that is nothing to mess around with.....its not what u do its how often u do it...........Good Luck
