Registered Nurse Here; HIV/AIDS, doesn't have a cure and can kill you. Syphilis, if left untreated for like 20 to 30 years can kill you, for in the last stage of Syphilis, known as terterary it goes to the brain. However in this day and age, it is rare that syphilis goes that far untreated, however it does happen. No cure for HPV, could kill you but not likely. Causes cancer of the cervix, if left untreated, certainly the cancer secondary cause of a STD could kill you. ALSO DEPNEDS ON WHO ONE GIVES A STD TO, FOR THE PERSON RECEIVING THE STD COULD KILL YOU. LOL

HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). There is no cure for it, but your body can fight it off into a "remission" of sorts, if it is non-active it will not cause your problems. Most people are able to fight it off with a strong immune system, but there are some people out there that are never able to fight it off. It can lie dromant and pop back up later in life in your immune system is weakened.
If you have a persistant "high risk" strain, like I do, it can cause cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and anal dysplasias/cancers in women. For men there is a very, very rare chance of penile dysplasia/cancer. Men that have anal sex are at risk for anal dysplasia/cancer.
Cancer kills.

some do and some don't some are bacteria which can be cured and some are viruses which can't be cured because viruses aren't living their already dead! You can't kill something that's already dead
