I have been in a relationship for over 5 years. Yes we both have only been with each other, and he doesn't have any symptoms. I can't see symptoms of an STD showing up after this much time. Which is why I am thinking it could be a fissure, fistula or hemorrhoid.

Warts will only bleed or puss if you pick at them and infect them. Perhaps it is a herpes zoster or just an infected sore. I think it would be best to have it checked out by a professional. It could even be an external hemorrhoid, although they do not usually get infected. Good luck and good health.

The only way to be sure is to see a doctor. Anything with puss and blood is not good. That is a sure sign of infection. You do not want it to get worse. If you do not wish to see a doctor WebMd.com is a good website.

This sounds like herpes. You need to go to the doctor to have this matter addressed. You need to have a culture taken at site of the outbreak and you will have results in 7-14 days.
