If you did it would be HIV, not AIDs,
You can only contract if it enters your bloodstream, so even if her boobs had an open-wound, or some kind of bodily fluid on them, YOU'RE the one who would also need an open wound to get it into your bloodstream. So basically, unless you have a wound in your mouth, like an open sore or bleeding gums, you're fine.

Good question. We ask this question; Can a person get Aids from French Kissing? If this answer is yes then we can assume Yes to your question. I know people going to Eiiiiii and Aggggh.
Some women I have known when manipulating the Breast have produced a very very small amount of milk, maybe a few drops, but, they not pregnant, no need for great detail. So, there is an exchange of body fluids.

(1) You can't catch AIDS - it is the result of the immune system breaking down after infection with HIV (you can catch HIV which leads to AIDS)
(2) Unless there is an open wound on her skin then no you couldn't catch HIV.
(3) As far as I know HIV can't be passed through breast milk (allthough don't quote me on that one)
Do yourself a favour and read up on STD's from a reputable source (ie your doctors) before you end up dying of some horrible disease (or killing someone else for that matter)

She would have to have an open wound on her breast and you would have to have a sore in your mouth. It would be very rare but I'm sure it is possible.
