Which is your favorite flavour or dish?

My favourite Greek dish is undoubtly the original musaka. Then come the place for "taramosalata", "chicken souvlaki", the typically prepared lamb, aromatizied with rosemary.
I would say that maybe the most rich and tasty cuisine in all OVER THE WORLD is the Greek cuisine.
PS: Though the "baklava" comes from other region of the world,the inimitable way only Greeks prepare it is merely super!

My grandma is Greek. I love her spanakopita (spinach and feta in phyllo dough) and of course all of the sweet desserts like baklava and kourambiethes! We also make "Greek Chicken" which is oven baked chicken covered in garlic, oregano, and lemon juice. Usually potatoes with the same spices go with it.

I had a lovely dish of lamb, it was in a thick tomato based stew, I think it is called kleftico, but I could be wrong. I also love grilled Halloumi cheese

Mousaka, taramosalata, baklava, roast lamb with rosemary. A nice Retsina wine.

You mean that the Greek make things other than baklava? Ha Ha. I am not too picky-I love all types of all food.

I love dolmades with avgolemono sauce and I love avgolemono soup. Some days I have a HUGE craving for lemon!
