jowar is the name used locally in some indian languages for the cereal sorgum,it is ground into flour which is usually made into a flat bread locally called 'jowar ki roti' meaning bread made from this grain, a variety called ssg or sorgum sudan grass is grown mainly for cattle fodder.

Go to a kirana shop or as if u don't understand kirana shop ,then go to grain sellers shop and see it u r self,Only picture cant help u ,if u really keen to know it
