Dear Tammy,

Have your thyroid hormone levels tested and your TSH. If your body is not producing enough you can feel sluggish, tired, and cold sensitivity. I have hypothyroidism...my body produces too little so I generally take a pill to make up for it, and I am regulated.

It may not be your thyroid gland; but it is worth it to ask your doctor. Also, consider heart circulatory conditions.

C-ya,
Amy

I was told that if mine drops around that range to get it checked out. (My doctor told me this)...he said if increased tiredness or lack of energy were symptoms that I could be having other imbalances and to get blood work. I'm 21/F if that helps.
