It is possible that it could be your heart. However most of the time it is either your muscles on that side of the body doing something they shouldn't or stomach problems that you don't know you have. This is coming from a person, myself, who has had all three. They are very hard to tell apart.
I have often got minor chest pain sensations after meals. I have a pacemaker, actually an ICD, and cardiomyopathy with all of its problems to go with it. I've had muscle problems during the recovery from the operation right above the heart as I was not allowed the move my arm in certain ways, my center chest muscles started cramping from disuse. The muscle cramping scared me worse than the legit chest pain my heart has caused.
Doctors have trouble telling the difference between one and another. Don't expect yourself to be able to tell the difference. Have it checked out if you can, and chances are it will be nothing.

Last year i sat my A-levels and i had the exact same thing - it was so bad to the point of i had to go to the Doctors because it was worrying me so much. The doc gave me a regular health test(Blood pressure, pulse, weight, height, BMI...the works) and it came to the conclusion that i was a perfectly healthy 18 year old lad who was experiencing stress over his exams, and anxiety over receiving results. However, don't assume from this that you'll be in the same boat as me, get down to the quacks and have a check over, its the least you could do, it'll give you peace of mind aswel

it could be stress or it could really be anything, i suggest you go to the doctor and find out for real what it is, find out if your family has a history of heart problems cuz if they dont you dont have to worry about a heart problem its just something miner good luck hope you feel better ,i had the same problem, and it was nothing bad.

your age has nothing to do with it..it could be a sign of your heart,stress,lupus.. but to be sure you need a full work up.
