I am sure that some methods are available to decrease your blood pressure, however, I would be very careful if you are thinking about stopping your meds. End stage renal failure is serious business (as you know) and although exercise, avoiding salt, and avoiding stress will help improve your blood pressure a small amount, they pale in comparison to the usefulness of medications for this. Exercise has been shown to be the most effective, dropping systolic blood pressure 5-10 points in some studies. Decreasing your salt intake to 2 grams or less will lower your blood pressure another 5 points.
I would suggest doing these things in addition to the medications that you are already on.
