There's high and low sugar problems. High sugar is craving sweets, rolls, breads, cakes, pizzas, which results in blurred vision, being "foggy," temper outbursts and making some very bad decisions.
People with true diabetes (not the ones who wail because their sugar went up to 130 because they ate an entire chocolate cake---those aren't diabetics, those are idiots), can have blood sugars ranging from 30 to 700. On the same day. Talk about being sick.
Mine are usually extremely high, in the 400s. The lowest mine has ever been was 30, and I was coherent enough to get help, but that was a very bad situation.
Yours sounds like the low end, which can be remedied by diet. Are you exercising a lot? Burning more carbs than you're taking in? That can bring it down to where you get nauseous, and feel like you're being vacuumed from the inside out. Low blood sugars can also result if you have a few alcoholic drinks at the end of the day.
When you feel shaky, don't indulge in candy and cake. Those are the wrong kind of sugars to balance you out. Stick with fruits if at all possible. Cantelopes are quick fixes. Yes, Orange juice works, but milk is even better if you are REALLY low. There are also glucose pills that you can carry with you easily, if you are active and away from all the good food.
You do need to get it checked, tho. It certainly sounds like diabetes. If it gets too low, you could pass out, wreck your car or hurt someone, or go into a coma yourself. It's not something to play around. I didn't take it seriously for years, and now take four shots a day. Take care of yourself!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

You may be having a hypoglycemic episode. The only way to know is to have lab work at your doctors office. Don't wait if you are diabetic you will need treatment by oral medication or insulin as diabetes can harm many body systems if not treated.

This could be more of a dumping syndrome... It is where your body takes in a sugar load and then the insulin the body releases in response is excessive leaving your blood sugar in the basement. It is dangerous and is a type of diabetes, but more of a hypoglycemia. (low blood sugar) and is more rare then the typical presentation. You need the involvement of a physician for further testing.

No. It sounds like you are hypoglycemic. Diabetes is hyperglycemia. Your pancreas does not create enough insulin to allow sugar to be absorbed from the blood stream to the body's cells.
Hypoglycemia is low blood sugar. Your body is producing enough--or too much--insulin for your cells to absorb sugar nutrients. It could be that your metabolism is too high.
Go see your doctor, they can help you get on a diet that controls your low blood sugar.

It means your blood sugar is too low. It has nothing to do with sunset. To not feel like that, have a snack in the middle of the afternoon. You should talk to your Dr about it though. If you were diabetic, you would feel a lot worse than getting the shakes

I doubt it.
Get someone to check your glucose level when you feel this way.
That is not a diabetic indicator.
