16 to 20 people. I live in a over 62 hud housing building . Many of the much older people have no where to go for the day. Two friends of mine are helping ;one is doing the turkey; the other beverages and desert

I am to do the rest; Pls advise if u think people happy with this menu

Green bean cassarole, stuffing, gravy, relish tray with fancy cut vegetables and olvies and stuffed celery, fruit marshmellow salad

Some of the old folks will have a hard time chewing hard foods, make a few soft side food dishes. Like mashed pototas, cream corn, jello with the whip cream, egg nogg.

That sounds Superb! I wouuld eat it! Also, you might want to think of making a Veggie Tray, ie. tomatoes, olives, celery, carrots, and the dip in the center. I think what you have is just fine, though!

It sounds like you've thought of everything - will there be mashed potatoes, too? What time is dinner?
Bless your hearts for what you're doing - too bad there aren't more like you. The Senior Citizen's Center does that here, though you don't have to be a "Senior" to eat their Holiday dinners.
