An arrythmia is an irregular or abnormal beat. Many people have arrythmias all the time and don't know it and don't suffer with it.
But they can be dangerous and require treatment.

Irregular or skipped beats. They may or may not need treatment. A cardiologist should be consulted if the arrythmia causes any symptoms.

Look, everybody has them to some extent. I can't sit here and tell you you'll be fine, but I also can't tell you that you need to call rescue. If you think you have a problem, you probably do. See a doctor. If nothing comes of it at least you will get some peace of mind

Heart arrythmia is when your heart beats irregularly. I have a heart arrythymia problem...my heart beats very fast. I can just be laying down and it will kick in, it sometimes lasts up to two hours. Sometimes it is painful, my mom talked to her cardiologist and he said it should be ok, but I could come in and he'd examine me. When your heart beats faster than normal it is most likely ok...unless it lasts for more than a day, then it can become fatal. However if your heart is beating slower than normal, get it checked out right away...this is much worse than beating faster. I wish ya the best of luck!!!

P.S. also try eliminating caffiene, alcohol and ciggarettes...those can sometimes trigger irregular heart beats. I eliminated all caffiene and mine don't last for more than 10 minutes.
