I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

From the looks of it, he probably has Type 1 Diabetes because his condition seems pretty intense. "Type 1 diabetes is a disease in which the pancreas does not produce insulin. If you have type 1 diabetes, glucose builds up in your blood instead of being used for energy." You can live a long and healthy life by keeping your blood glucose levels (the amount of sugar in your blood) in the target range set by your doctor (see our fact sheet Managing your blood glucose). You can do this by: * Taking insulin as required (and other medications, if prescribed by your doctor); * Eating healthy meals and snacks; and, * Enjoying regular physical activity.

You have a blood test. There are various signs and symptoms but only a blood test can diagnose diabetes. USA and UK tests use different values.

A random (anytime of day) test result of over 11mmols glucose (UK) in someone without an acute illness is indicative of diabetes.

A result between 7.5 and 11 shows impaired glucose tolerance and needs to be followed up with a fasting blood test or glucose tolerance test.

I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1 18 months ago. Over the space of 2 weeks i developed it - i was excessively thirsty all the time, tired and i lost a stone in weight. I had a blood test and as soon as the results came back i was injecting insulin that afternoon. Hope this helps you.

i have had type 1 diabetes for 9 years from the 5th of november....and i can always remeber the day my mother suspected that i had diabetes (apart from the fact that she recognised the signs because she has been diabetic for 35 years)...i was 7 years old at the time and was drinking loads of water but no amount of fluid could quench my thirst, i had a continuous dry throat, i would get serious headaches, weeing ALOT, blurred vision, loss of appetite and feeling very tired-there are many different signs of diabetes but if you suspect you may have go to your GP, even if you dont end up having it...its best to be safe then sorry

Incredible thirst and frequent need to urinate as the body to trying to expel all that excess glucose. Feeling very tired and generally unwell. Most larger chemists now offer a diabetes check like Boots or Lloyds

Generally , you cannot tell without a blood test. Symptoms include eating alot, excessive drinking and excessive urination. A finding of sugar in the urine, or a blood test over the upper limit of normal (100mg/dl) would indicate a problem. If a diabetic friend has a blood glucose testing machine, have them check your blood sugar. Cheaper than going to the doctors for just an idea if it is high.
