I would have to say the Chicken Alfredo! It has been my favorite for years. They have the best Alfredo sauce in town, it's thick and full of flavor. You can choose from to types of marinaded chicken to put on it, blackened or Italian style. I always get the blackened chick. Plus you get all the salad and bread sticks you want which makes a great combination.

Just about everything they have is awesome. I think it depends on your taste buds when you go in. Just check out their menu & try something that sounds interesting. I like the Tour de France & Chicken Marsalle. Sometimes ya just gotta take a leap of faith & give it a try.

soup and salad is the cheapest or I like the "Tour of Italy" because then you get some Chicken Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo, and some lasagna. It is great.

OMG, I could eat just their salad and breadsticks. Most of their entrees are tooooo much. Tooooo heavy. I do like their Chicken Alfredo though.

I absolutely ADORE the Cappelini Pomodoro. It's almost like spaghetti, but with a lighter sauce. It reminds me of bruschetta. As a bonus, it's also low fat!!! Try it!

I go just for the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks....but they also have absolutely amazing meatballs with their spaghetti and meatball dish!
