This could be PAT or paroxysmal atrial tachicardia big name, big scare for me, but relatively harmless, _IF ATTENDED TO_.

Pay attention to that last part, please.

I had it for many years in my teens. It's due to a mineral imbalance and stress causing a syndrome. You MUST see a cardiologist, not a regular GP.

Please do it.

FWIW, the extremely fast rate startde suddenly for no apparent reason and lasted often for hours, and then suddenly stopped cold, but my heart was acting poorly for many days after the episode and I was utterly drained, physically and emotionally. Maybe it's the same way for your case ?

You are having heart palpitations, most likely caused by stress. The dizziness could be related to that and/or to an iron deficiency. You should see a doctor pronto.

Call Rescue. Your heart is beating too rapidly or irregularly to fill.

DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE YOURSELF

There could be several reasons for that.
I suppose your low on sugar. Drink some hot milk with honey or chocolate and you should be fine.
