Symptoms of a low blood glucose vary from person to person but mood swings can occur. I have had instances where I have been very low and not wanted to be around anyone, even if they were trying to help me which can get dangourous. If you feel like your blood glucose is out of range, or a family member or frined thinks you are acting unusual, check your glucose and see if you are out of range or not.

Well, when my blood sugar goes too low, I can get irritated very easily. If my mom tries to talk to me or hug me, I get angry with her and tend to yell. So, I would say that it is a high possibility that your blood glucose might be part of the problem.

When my blood glucose is low, I get really tired and just want to sleep. It must be something else causing your outbursts.

Yes, when your sugar is low things like that do happen. When you start to feel that way just drink a little orange juice or something and it will go away.
