I have a reciepe for a really good dip .
First you need a block of chedder cheese
you need a brick of cream cheese
you'll need salsa 1 jar
and salad dressing (miracle whip)
and 1 bag of tortilla chips.
now grate your chedder. Then in another bowl mix a tablespoon of miracle whip with the cream cheese.Oh ya to do this dip it's best in a clear bowl cause it looks pretty to.
now you start off by putting a layer of salsa on the bottom then a layer of grated cheese then a layer ofthe cream cheese mix and you keep doing this until your bowl is full. You serve this with tortilla chips.
another mexican reciepe is resturant size tortilla chips and spread refried beans on each chip, then sprinkle shredded chedder cheese on top n put in the oven to melt and heat up
In the mean time you can put chopped lettuce and tomatoes on top when you take it out of the oven you then serve sour cream n salsa on the side.
You could also substitute the refried beans for chili.Good luck these r 2 easy foods and they r usually a hit at a party HAVE FUN.

Quick and easy..people I make this for love it.
1. Flat bread, any flavor you prefer, I use plain
2. Philly roasted red pepper cream cheese (1 container)
3. 1 package imitation crab meat shredded
4. 1 celery stalk small dice.
Mix well in a bowl #2 to #4, let it sit covered in fridge over night. Spread over flat bread (not too thick) then roll it and slice it into pin wheels, bite size is best!! Hope you like it, good luck

I would say:
Cucumber Crab Boats
Chips
Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Salsa
Guacamole
Ham, Cucumber, & vegetable cream cheese Pinwheels
White Wings
Jumbo Shrimp wrapped in Applewood Bacon
Pasta Salad
Miniature Tenderloin Bruschetta
This is all I can think of right now.
Hope this helps!

SMOKED SALMON (sliced french stick slices with a smear of cream cheese, chopped red onion, capers and smoked salmon on top.... to die for)
SHRIMP (slice raw shrimp butterfly style and stuff with an equal mixture of goat and cream cheese, chopped chives and lemon rind; then wrap with a thin slice of prosciutto and fry in a little olive oil until shrimp turn pink on both sides). You could serve this at room temperature, so prepare in advance.

I have 1 snack for you. You have to bake it so if you don't like to bake then oh well.
It's buffalo chicken dip --
1 8 oz of cream cheese
2 large cans of canned chicken breast (swanson brand perhaps)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (fancy style works well b/c it melts easily)
1/2 cup ranch dressing (hidden valley original has the best flavor)
1/2 cup red hot hot sauce (if you like it hot add more to taste)
what you do is take the two cans of canned chicken - DRAIN and place in a bowl, break it up with a fork. Add the SOFTENED cream cheese. Mix in the ranch dressing. xook in oven for approcimately 15 minutes at 350-375 degrees depending on your oven. You want everything to melt together, then add the remainder of the shredded cheddar cheese and cook for five to ten minutes-- until melted. then serve with celery or tortillas or crackers. this makes a lot of dip

Whatever you serve, please ensure that there are some healthy, low-fat, sugar-free options like veggies with low-fat dip, fruit, baked tortilla chips and salsa, pretzels, shrimp with cocktail sauce and have sugar-free drinks like diet soda available as well as bottled water and juice.
