i heard that this is an old wives tale to see if your pregnant

I went through maternity once... and yes, your insides really do get "pushed" up higher, so you might get a lot of wacky sensations, like that thump, thump, thump in your neck from changes in regional blood pressure.... very unpleasant.
But it's perfectly natural.

I'm going with the old wives's tale on this one. I can feel my heartbeat in my throat when I have a migraine, and I am *definitely* NOT pregnant! It is the increase in blood pressure and sensitivity that does it for me.

yes, cause your juggler vein is close by. you can feel your heart beat or pulse in many areas of the body. nothing to do with knowing whether you are pregnant!

yes i have felt it in my throat, when i have had a really warm bath or when i have been running, nothing to do with being pregnant
