Check out this website. . . http://www.dietfacts.com/search.asp?searchKey=Taco+Bell. . . or better yet, don't depending on whether or not you every want to eat at a fast food place again.
Although obviously the answer is "it depends" - in this case on what food you choose from the menu, sadly, I'm guessing that all fast food is high in about everything that can kill you.
If you're willing to throw away food, then I'm sure you could get just about anything (short of sodas), and then toss or limit your carb consumption - the tortillas, the shells, etc. Unfortunately, then you're left with something that perhaps isn't that appetizing. Good if you're trying to scare someone. Bad if you're trying to diet, because then it will simply cause you to ping pong like Oprah Winfrey.

Definately high in carbs. Reason? The fried hard taco shell and the soft tortilla

It depends upon what you order. And how much of it of course, some carb are good for you and necessary. Generally, anything like a bread product, like tortillas, are high in carbs. Check on their website for the counts. It is available in their restaurants, too.
