yes we are having sex. he was tested about 6months ago and didn't have anything.what do you think it is

he could have jock itch, or maybe he has sweat bumps.

It could be herpes. I suggest he get to the doctor and you insist that he wear a condom when you have sex. I hope you were also tested when he was. If not, the both of you should get the series of STD tests again.

If he has tested negative for genital herpes (yes, he should get retested) then it could just be some sort of skin irritation. Is he using a new type of soap, or are you using a new type of lube (seriously!)? Also, they could just be skin tags.

Bumps? Do u use condoms? He may be allergic to latex... some guys are even allergic to spermicides.. try different things...

could be a rash from having too much sex! haha....i would have him go see another doctor and get his opinion on it.

Sounds like genital herpes....have him get another check up.
