I have atrial fibrilation and my heart beat is up and down sometimes... A heart attack, your blood pressure can be so great because of a clot. But guess what, if you have a heart attack that kills you, your blood pressure is nothing

Normally the blood pressure changes before a heart attack, (Gets higher) and is the cause of the HA.

or way down.............depends on the part of the heart that's affected.
