Ramen's super easy to make, but I think that soba might be the most nutritious because it has the most fiber. I like the cold soba noodles that they serve at Japanese restaurants.

I love pho. Compared to the others pho uses the freshest ingredients and I like the fact that many places will give you fresh sprouts and cilantro to serve on top of your pho.

i love noodle!!!!! (yum yum)....
i love udon and soba.. and chow mien.. and ramen(all japanese, chinese and korean ramen) ... i like pho too....
but my fav willl be chow mien.. the most oily.. but i still love it!! and good chow mein should not be oily and should still taste good when it's cold..
i just love noodles of any kind...

Chow mein or Pho.

both can be made with so many diffrient things and both taste fantastic when made properly.

hands down udon! especially if it's topped with shrimp tempura...ayayay! the thick noodle of udon just makes it really tasty... then again i'm such a japanese foodie anyway :)
