Mm mm, my mom makes the best sweet enchiladas...they are the best! If you're a fan of chocolate this recipe contains chocolate, well the mexican block chocolate called abuelita. Plus many more ingredients, but its DELICIOUS!! there's also a salty recipe for them, but I prefer the sweet recipe.

A big carne asada burrito with beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, onions, lots of cheese and sour cream, guacamole and cilantro with some great fresh salsa on the side.

Guacamole is my all time favorite, also Chicken Enchilada's with green Verde sauce, I also really like Quisedillas.

Filet Estrella. I think that's how it's spelled. Anyhow it's pounded steak, I'm not sure if it's filet mignon or flank steak covered with a green sauce (mildly spicy) and topped with melted white cheese. It is melt-in-your mouth good!
