in korea we like to eat raw octopus. it is still moving on the plate when it is served. the suction cups are still active and the pieces can stick to your lips, or inside your mouth. actually you have to chew carefully so that it won't stick to your throat when you swallow. it's quite an experience the first time you see a platter with squirming octopus pieces brought to the table.

Sushi! Use super-fresh fish from the fish market only for superior flavor. Slice the fish and add to sushi rice. (Sushi rice is Japanese rice doused with a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and molded into whatever shape you like). Add anything else you might like (roll the outside in salmon roe, add avocado, cream cheese, whatever makes you happy).

Hawaiian and Japanese, I like all seafood, cooked or not.
It also dosen't hurt that I'm from Hawaii and is part Japanese.
I'll eat ANYTHING that comes from the ocean.

Ugandan fish.
a can of stewed tomatoes, garlic pepper and a few other things, you let it simmer for a long time. its really good and spicy.
or shark. breaded and salty, with rice and beans, while I was in Brazil. so good!
