It usually comes from a swollen gland or ingrown hairs. Happens to me all of the time. Just don't pick at it. It won't do any good.

Hello,
It could just be bumps or spots. But to answer this question properly, where is this painless lump is it outside of the vagina or inside the vagina or on it sides?

I had painless lumps that I thought were an allergic recation becuase I react to some brands of pads just to find out I had warts. I suggest you run to your obgyn!!!!! If you have clusters and if they increase in number you may very likely have warts.

Could be nothing more than a hair follicle that is full. In-grown hair (if you shave that is). Heat rash from being too hot. Or could be HPV. Best to go to the doctor if you are concerned.

the bumps could be sweat bumps or jock itch. if you can go to your local health department and they can test you and tell you what it is and how to treat it.
