i have go thru medical for my job and i wants both should be normal on my medical day otherwise i'll loose job. my hbp is 146/120 and sugar is 11 mdl. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ru takin asprine, u should have been takin it for years now, a low dose 1 a day, & u might not have this proplem now, as for ur sugars u have to exercise to burn that sugar off, so run to medical test day, but give ur self @ lest an hour to get ur blood pressure back down, I'm betting ur still fail & should get proper medication for ur proplem before u run into all kinds of complications of Diabeteis like kidney failure & blindness. Good luck anyways
