Warts aren't spread through the air or saliva, etc. You have to touch the area with the warts to catch them.

So no - you can't give somebody genital warts by french kissing them.

Don't panic like that. It is perhaps a molluscum contagiosum or other skin virus.Their treatment is simple .And especially if it is not spread overall.You can get wart also from the towel of infected people ,during oral sex because the partner has it in his mouth etc.
