My cholesterol was high. Being from a Great lakes State and having a huge fishing boat I started fishing, taking up the hobby after retiring. Both my wife and I started eating a lot of Salmon, Walleye and Perch. We went to a largely fruit and salad, fish diet for days on end, that's all we ate.
We stopped eating in restaurant, greasy foods. Slowly my cholesterol came down, to a 120 from 340 within six to eight weeks.
I let it go once and it started going up again, we went on the fish, salad diet and started watching what we ate more closely.

I can say it worked for me.
