Is pate tete or similar available in England? If so, what should I ask for?

In Corsica & France, you can get a really delicious pate tete. I haven't seen this available in England. Is there an equivalent?
Most English people seem repulsed by the idea of eating brains.

I think brawn is the nearest thing to it. Probably hard to find as it's a very modest dish and in our affluent society...
Ask for it at a pork butchers.
