u cant but what u can do is when u have sores clean them several times a day with alcohol and a white wash cloth, this will lessen the time it takes for them to go away

Why do you want to? take care of yourself first then worry about someone seeing them. If you give this to someone your guilty of a felony and can get jail time so. I'd say take care of yourself Bub, then worry about it being seen.
