I know loads, very sadly! I'm a school teacher, so I just adapt them for adults!
Guess Who:
Post it notes of famous people on heads, have to ask only questions that give a yes or no answer, hilarious especially if you pick funny ones, Saadam Hussein, Homer Simpson, Ricky Gervais etc etc.
Memory Game:
Put varying items on a tray, matches, pen, feather, coin etc etc. The more the better. Let people look at it for a minute and then ask them to write down as many as they can remember.
Guess What:
Get 9 paper bags, each wilth one letter from the word CHRISTMAS on it. Put things inside that begin with that letter. E.g. Candle, apple, rudolph etc etc. The bags get pased round and people are to decide in pairs/groups what the items are.
Dingbats:
This is brilliant and really gets people thinking. Go to http://www.dingbats.net/ for ideas.
Malteser Game:
Put loads of maltesers in 2 bowls. Give 2 contestants half a straw each (you might need a lot becuase of germs). Players win if they have the most maltesers in a separte bowl after a min. They have to suck through the straw hard enough to transfer it to another bowl!
Anyway, hope this helps, may think of some more and email. Are these the kind of things you're after?

We have a family favorite. Break into groups of 6 - 8 and give each group 2 dice. Everyone brings 1 or more "white elephant" gifts wrapped. These are all placed in a pile in the center of the groups. In the groups each person rolls the dice - if they get a 7 or an 11 they get to run and pick a present. The dice rolling should move rapidly. Set a time limit - such as 15 minutes for play. When all of the gifts from the center are gone people can "steal" one from someone in their group or from another group. You will find that there are several items that intrigue everyone and people keep stealing those. When time is up, play stops and anyone left with a gift has to open and display it. It is usually a lot of laughs. We have a bunch of plastic veggies that have been passed around for years. The point is to bring the white elephants cleverly wrapped. They can be silly stuff such as the plastic cups you collect from fast food places to the handkerchiefs your grandmother gives you every year. It costs nothing and is a riot and best of all it can burn up a lot of time.
Have fun!

Have everyone bring something from home that they want to give away. It can be something you are holding on to for a garage sale or something you want to regift. you mgiht want to give a dollar value like 20.00 or so.Here's how the game works. everyone picks a number out of a hat from 1-30. everyone shows what they brought from home. The person who picked number 1 walks around and trades what he brought for that gift. Person number 2 then strolls the room looking to make a trade and so on. The last person gets the pick of the room anything is up for grabs. Sometimes someone brings in a hot item and everyone trades that same thing all night long. sometimes people like to regift items at home. this is the perfect time to do this. fun fun fun

Depending on how close you want to get, you could try splitting into teams of 5 or 6 and passing a polo mint along the line using nothing but a matchstick in the mouth. You can get longer than average matchsticks so you don't have to get too close!
Just make sure you're next in line to the office hunk!

Try this, start with either men or women make them drop their pants or lift skirts. turn round and give themselves a weggie, then put the cartoons ASK THE WITCH DOCTOR on the stereo and make them dance only using their bum cheeks and ask the rest to pick the best. If nothing else it gives you a chance to see who"s up for a laugh and who"s just as stuffy out of the office as in

If it's more of a stand-up mingling party, you try this fun one. Get those sticky peel off name tags like "Hi, my name is..." But on each one write something like an animal, food, famous person, whatever. Don't let the recipient see this! Have them turn around and put it on their _back_. Then as everyone's walking around they have to ask veiled questions so the person has to guess who and what they are.
It's hilarious seeing people trying to figure this out.

GUESS WHAT’S INSIDE
FILL ABOUT 10 BROWN PAPER BAGS WITH MISCELLANEOUS OBJECTS
(PENS, GLUESTICKS, STICKY NOTES, ERASERS, PARTY BLOWERS, ETC)
LABEL EACH BAG W/ A NUMBER : 1-10
ON A SEPARATE SHEET OF PAPER, WHILE YOU’RE FILLING THE BAGS, MAKE A LIST OF WHAT IS IN EACH BAG : 1-10
(EX: 1- PAPER CLIP 2- ERASER 3-Q-TIP)
PASS OUT A PIECE OF PAPER TO EACH PERSON, HAVE THEM LABEL 1-10
(OR PASS OUT PRE-LABELED PAPER).
PASS AROUND THE BAGS AND LET THEM FEEL TO SEE WHAT IS INSIDE.
THE PERSON WHO GUESSES THE MOST CORRECT OBJECTS WINS A PRIZE. (A GOOD PRIZE MAY BE, THE 10 OBJECTS THAT WERE IN THE BAG)
RULES: NO SHAKING, NO OPENING THE BAG, ETC.
MEMORY GAME
HAVE A MODEL STAND AT THE FRONT OF THE ROOM FOR 30 SECONDS.
THE MORE THE PERSON IS WEARING, THE BETTER. (IT MAY BE GOOD TO CHOOSE SOMEONE W/ LOTS OF COLORS, OR JEWELRY, OR WRITING ON THEIR CLOTHES)
EACH PERSON MUST TRY TO REMEMBER EVERYTHING THE MODEL IS WEARING, REMEMBERING AS MANY SPECIFIC DETAILS AS POSSIBLE (EX, THE COLOR, STYLE, SHAPE OF CLOTHES, JEWELRY, SHOES, ETC)
HAVE THE PERSON STEP OUT OF THE ROOM FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES AND HAVE EACH PERSON WRITE DOWN AS MUCH AS THEY CAN REMEMBER. THE MORE DETAILS, THE BETTER CHANCE OF WINNING!
THE PERSON WHO BEST DESCRIBES WHAT THE ‘MODEL’ WAS WEARING WINS. IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE THE MODEL LOOK OVER THE PAPERS AND DECIDE WHO WINS.
WATCH YOURSELF
AS EACH GUEST ENTERS THE PARTY, GIVE THEM A CLOTHES PIN, OR SOME TYPE OF CLIP TO ATTACH TO THEIR CLOTHES.
EXPLAIN TO THEM THE RULES:
DURING THE PARTY YOU CAN NOT SAY THE WORDS: BIRTHDAY, AGE, OLD, CLASS, OR SCHOOL. (EXAMPLES)…
YOU CAN NOT CROSS ANY PART OF YOUR BODY, YOUR HANDS, YOUR FEET, YOUR FINGERS, YOUR ANKLES…. NOTHING!
ANYTIME ANOTHER GUEST CATCHES YOU DOING ANY OF THESE THINGS (SAYING ONE OF THE WORDS OR CROSSING A BODY PARY) THEY CAN TAKE YOUR CLOTHES PIN.
THE PERSON W/ THE MOST CLOTHES PINS AT THE END OF THE PARTY WINS.
**IF YOU ALREADY HAVE MORE THAN ONE CLOTHES PIN (SAY YOU’VE CAUGHT THREE PEOPLE ALREADY).. IF SOMEONE CATCHES YOU DOING ONE OF THE ‘FORBIDDEN’ THINGS.. YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM ALL OF YOU CLOTHES PINS.)

Limit this to one or two games, this kind of stuff gets really old really fast in my opinion. I think you will find once your not-so-lively co-workers get a couple of drinks in them, they will want to socialize. Use the games to break-the-ice, but then just let them mingle. Hanging out with your co-workers outside of the office environment where you don't have to be quite as professional, is good already...unless your co-workers are douche-bags to begin with, then play on!
