Your going to have to see your doctor about this one. I could tell you a lot of "could be's" but they'd just be a shot in the dark. No pun intended.
You may have an agitated colon, polyps that are or get agitated from foods, nervous strain, stress, etc. Agitated bowl syndrome, etc.
We don't always eat the right foods. We get into things like garlic, peppery foods and foods that will agitate our lower bowl.

The doctor may give you a lower GI tract where he puts a tube up your rectum with a small light, he'll take pictures of any areas he thinks are the problem areas. He'll than order a script for you to take. Probably something that will first, aid the problem at hand then something that will help you in the future along with what not to eat, a diet.
