I have tried Whole Foods 365 Organic hoisin sauce (UGH!) and KA-ME (just a little better). I am looking for something so mix in my pho. Thanks, Eric

coming from generations of cooks and asian restaurant owners, i'd say go with lee kum kee. it's been tested through time and it just has this really distinct flavor that right of the taste bud i'd know that a certain dish has been prepared with it. also, it comes in low fat/lite options now, too, so yeah, lee kum kee is it!

bon appetit! :)
