hi i would want to know can a doctor find out if you have sex before?

They're able to tell if the hymen ahs been broken, which isn't always a result of sex. If you have sex within 48 hours of an exam they'll be able to tell by you inflamed vaginal wall.
Just a side note, you should be honest with your doctor. They're here to help you and if you're afraid of them telling your parents or something silly like that, it is illegal for them to do so.

Yes, your doctor can tell if you have had sex before.
But, not from the inside they are usually looking for an intact sheath of skin on the female called a hymen.. It usually is located on the lower end of the vagina... During intercourse this is torn.. Now it can also be torn if the female is highly athletic as well.. So, yes and no...

By sex i assume u mean penetration of the male ding-dong. Not just oral or fingering. Doctors will be able to tell that there's a tear on your hymen.
But it could have been torn by sports/physical activities, not necessarily sexual penetration.
So, i think doctors cant tell for sure. Unless of course there are traces of semen inside.
