of hours ago my doctor called and left a messeage on my answering service, he said he had the results of my ectrical cardo gram. When I took this test the guy doing the test said my heart rate was in the low 60's something like 59-63. Do you think it something to be concern about since the doctor himself called me. He said he would try to get in touch with me later on in the week. I still don't feel well, when moving around I get kind of winded and my heart feel like it working kind of hard.

You know what? You are not going to rest until you find out what the doctor wanted....phone him/her up and ask as soon as you can otherwise you'll put yourself through torture worrying about it.

Good luck.

I think you are referring to an electrocardiogram or EKG? It is performed by placing electrodes all over your chest, and they measure the electrical currents as they move through your heart. An EKG can tell you a lot of things - your heart rate, the position of your heart in your chest, if you're having a heart attack, etc.

The normal range for your heart rate is generally considered to be 60-100 beats per minute. A slow heart rate can be assymptomatic, or you could have symptoms of shortness of breath, fatigue, decreased exercise tolerance, passing out, etc.

I agree with the first responder - just call your doctor's office in the morning and I'm sure he'll be able to help you.

If Ii were you I would give him a call and If he didnt answer I would probably go up to the office and try to reach him. I kind of understand how you feel I have an irregular heartbeart and it drives me insane Its so so scary. I had all the ecg, ekg, chest x-ray and the doc found nothing then he had me wear a heart monitior for 24hrs and thats when he seen the irregular heatbeart. I dont think It's that serious because he would of tried to reach you again asap.

Using the only symptom you've given (HR of 59 to 63 bts/min) to judge your present cardiac condition can only lead me to say you are quite normal, especially when you've been at rest and not feeling any breathlesness. Otherwise if you had given us more of your symptoms maybe I could have been lead to a different conclusion.
Otherwise if you're at rest there's nothing wrong with a heartbeat of 59 to 63 beats per minute.

With all due respect: Have you considered calling your Doctor???

No, you would rather waste time on this silly forum, asking dumb questions, about something as insignificant as your heart.

CALL THE DOCTOR ALREADY.
