leaves of three, son you got poison ivy, oak, sumac, take your pick, use soap and water, wash daily, dry really well change your skivies daily, and wash them in disinfectant, dont wear over tight clothes if you have a scab that keeps opening up, then shave. a medicated talc dont hurt, corn starch is a no no, spreads quicker, stay away from rosie palmer and her five sisters, with luck you`ll loose the problem by new years

shave it off then when it starts to trgrow back go and let a doctor take a hair sample to see what is needed for this better safe than sorry. my opion?

Yeah, sounds like fungus infection to me too. Treat it with fungus cream e.g canestan or daktarin. (OTC) then consider trimming it to keep it short and dry. Prevent future infection

you could just have dry skin or a fungie there are creams you can apply to this go to the chemist or see your Dr
