More likely you have sleep apnea and are sleeping with your mouth open. You can get dizzy if you get up too suddenly, the change in position will affect your inner ear and your sense of balance, plus there will be a blood pressure change which could lead to fainting if you do not change position more gradually. I am also wondering if you have developed a heart or circulatory problem, especially if you are heavy or inactive. This can be associated with sleep apnea. It is possible that interrupted sleep at night is why you are napping in the daytime. If you are young and not heavy, then try getting more sleep at night. Do talk to your doctor and do not attempt to self diagnose.

Eat something with sugar and take a glyco tablet. If your blood sugar level gets to low you may go into a diabetic coma. What are your BS's today?

You really need to see your doctor, but I know that cake icing helps my son get his sugar up when he's low, but then he needs to eat some protein, like peanut butter in order to keep his sugar up. Sugar alone doesn't last very long, so you should eat some protein to keep it up.

If you're feeling weak, have something with complex carbs and fiber to stablize your insulin and take a nap. Your body will repair itself. When you wake up, eat something else like oatmeal with cinnamin. The spice will help insulin, too.

Oh stop telling her to go to the doctor!
Just eat something sweet, sheez. It doesn't take a doctor or a rocket scientist to figure that out.

If you have tried all the 'normal' stuff... then you should get yourself to a doctor.... something else may be going on...
Drinking a gaterade seems to help as well (potassium and salt helps the absorption process)
BUT!!!!! at least call your doc!
