I bought a jar of this stuff on a whim. Apparently it's a type of roasted pepper relish from Bulgaria and Macedonia.

It smells yummy and tastes strongly of roasted peppers. Any suggestions as to what to do with it?

I like it mixed with cream cheese and a dash of tabasco, add some garlic, and spread it on good polish rye or pumpernickel bread, I see in the grocery store and want to buy it but just have not done it in awhile.

When I lived in Toronto Canada, I used to go the the Eastern Euorpean area on Ronsenvalles, and buy that along with pastries and vegetables, they were the only area to get Cherry Bomb Peppers, that is a good recipe to, stuffing peppers with rice, meat and a health dash of ajvar, I am partial to the hot one, but it is a very useful and versitile product, go wild, and try it in many ways

Yummy stuff, we like to use it on a pita with some yoghurt.
add to chili or spaghetti sauce is also good.
drizzle a tough of extra virgin olive oil on top and serve as a veggie dip.
