A pre dinner drink, anything you choose followed by Emerils recipe for corn meal-crusted oysters with baby spinach, warm bacon dressing and home made potato chips. followed by another pre-dinner drink...and then for dinner
Angel hair pasta alfredo with lump crab and a white truffle oil and some shaved truffles.
Simple side salad
and dessert a white chocolate /raspberry mascarpone cream pie with pistachio crust!
But if I didn't have to cook it I'd settle for anything!! lol

You could start me off with some rum & coke, or hennesy straight, then I would like a steak medium well with maybe a couple king crab legs and a baked potatoe w/butter and no sour cream, a glass of white zinfandel to go with my meal...for desert a piece of cheesecake with chocolate sauce...then I would like to take some of that chocolate sauce and personally thank you for thinking so much of me to make a meal for your man.

Anything you made yourself. Sounds silly, I know. But it's the truth. Us guys are not too picky on food, just as long as you made it and there's plenty to eat.
